1. Performs service works on existing equipment, as well as installation and commissioning activities.

2. Provides site technical support to customers, assists in troubleshooting product problems in the field.

3. Assists customers remotely with technical (MEP) support and troubleshooting.

4. Preparation & organize site works: Facilities, Generator and other renovations.

5. Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and liaising with engineering team for repairs and planning renovation.

6. Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, Inspector, testing, commissioning, hand over & demobilization.

7. Overseeing contractors and ensure they are in compliance with the rules of the building.

8. Check the routine documents and reports related to site activities.

9. Electricity and water meter maintain record when the system require.

10. CCTV Controller

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 1 years up in MEP, construction, maintenances.

- Demonstrated ability to work with and cross different team

- Able to speaking and writing English.

- Computer skill

- Honesty, Positive, good problem solving and hard-working.
