Assistant to Director of HR
Job Description:
- 1. Assist overall team performance bi-weekly meeting, taking minute and follow up actions.
- 2. Control and meeting records, minutes and filing documents both soft and hard copies.
- 3. Coordinate with cross team meeting and assist to follow action or reports if any.
- 4. Assist with director to review some reporting, analysis, and propose actions to assist with all team.
- 5. Be mature person to assist with director to solve some problems with customers and assist with customer care to handover at site if any.
- 6. Assist to prepare some meeting slide presentations, consolidate some strategies slide or reports as assigned by director and follow up with team for action.
- 7. Assist or join any meeting on behalf of director and reports for next action to be taken.
- 8. Attend some interviews, meeting with team, and go down at site to solve some issues which prior assign by director of department.
- 9. Be polite, well tasks management, working under tight timeline and flexibilities.
- 10. Other tasks will assign by director of HR, Admin, Customer Care, Contract & Document and IT department.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management/related field.
- At least 3-year experience working as management level managing in HR, Admin and other operations.
- Thorough understanding of business process and management, requirements and dynamics – insert specific as applicable.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- leadership with ability to assist in driving a Company and team.
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Computer literate skills.
- Fluent both English writing & speaking
